The Education Committee is responsible for guiding the church's Christian education program for all ages.

Core Responsibilities

• Curriculum & Planning: select, order, and maintain appropriate Bible-based curriculum materials.
• Teacher Recruitment & Training: identify, recruit, and support Sunday School teachers and volunteers.
• Administrative Oversight: manage the annual education budget, schedule classes, and promote participation.
• Safety & Compliance: work with the pastor to ensure compliance with the church's Safe Sanctuaries (child protection) policies.
• Goal Setting: collaborate with the pastor and Church Council to align education goals with the church's overall mission.
• Special Programs: plan additional educational initiatives such as Vacation Bible School, Easter events, or Christmas programs.

Current Events

With donated funds, a new TV will be purchased and placed in the Sunday School/Recreation area in the basement for our children.
