The Worship Committee supports the pastor and music leaders in planning, coordinating, and enhancing weekly and special worship services to foster a spiritually vibrant, active congregation.

Core Responsibilities

• Worship Planning: work alongside the pastor and music directors to design meaningful, orderly, and engaging worship services.
• Logistical Coordination: recruit, train, and schedule worship volunteers, including ushers, greeters, Communion stewards, liturgists, and acolytes.
• Environment & Atmosphere: oversee the visual aspect of the sanctuary, including seasonal decorations, banners, paraments, and floral displays.
• Special Services: plan for special services such as Christmas Eve, Ash Wednesday, and Maundy Thursday.
